Who we are

Relay is a SaaS platform that lets businesses run an AI Agent on their business WhatsApp number. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it.

Data we collect

  • Account details: email, name, organization.
  • WhatsApp messages sent to the business number you've connected to Relay, so the Agent can reply.
  • Knowledge base content you upload (FAQs, pricing, policies).
  • Basic usage data: message counts, response times, errors.

How we use it

We use your data only to operate the service for you - generate replies, book appointments, qualify leads. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Sub-processors

We use the following processors, each meeting industry standards: Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres in EU), Anthropic (LLM), Resend (email), and Lemon Squeezy (billing as Merchant of Record).

Data deletion

You can request full account and data deletion at any time at privacy@relay.app. We will delete within 30 days and send confirmation.

GDPR / Privacy rights

If you are an EU citizen (or in a jurisdiction with similar law, including Israel), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us at privacy@relay.app.
