Accessibility Statement

Updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Relay believes the web should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We comply with the Israeli Equality of Rights for People with Disabilities Act (1998) and the accessibility regulations thereunder (2013).

Standard

This site targets WCAG 2.0 Level AA, as adopted by Israeli law. Every page is checked with automated tooling (axe, Lighthouse) and keyboard-only navigation.

What works

  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter)
  • Screen reader support (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
  • ARIA labels on every interactive element
  • Meaningful alt text for non-decorative images
  • WCAG AA color contrast (4.5:1 text, 3:1 UI)
  • Dark / light / auto themes following the OS preference
  • prefers-reduced-motion respected for animations
  • RTL (Hebrew) and LTR (English) layout

Known gaps

Some parts of the in-product application (after sign-in) are still being optimized for accessibility. We work on this continuously and welcome feedback.

Use your device tools

Most users get a better accessible experience using OS-level tools:
  • Text size: Cmd/Ctrl and + in your browser
  • High contrast: System Settings → Display → Increase Contrast (macOS), or Settings → Ease of Access (Windows)
  • Screen reader: VoiceOver (Cmd+F5 on macOS), Narrator (Windows)
  • Reduce motion: System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Reduce Motion
